Sept. 11th- Nov. 20th. No Class 10/9
Non-impact weight training using light weights and your own body weight for a total conditioning class. Bring a pair of weights (3–6 lbs.) and a mat.
Fitness Class Fees
USR cardholders: 5 weeks at $37.50 or 10 weeks at $65.
Non-USR cardholders: 5 weeks at $42.50 or 10 weeks at $75.
Note: All Fitness classes must have a minimum of 8 enrollees, or class will be cancelled.
