NJ baker Eric Stein is walking us through the process of making sourdough from start(er) to finish, with a Q&A to follow. Patrons will go home with a guidebook on caring for your starter, with a simple sourdough bread recipe developed by Eric.
Registration opens March 2nd. Limited to 30 participants. Priority given to USR cardholders.
Eric Stein sells homemade sourdough bread and bagels out of his home in South Orange. He has over 20 years’ experience in the culinary industry, having worked as a cook, chef, and private chef before establishing Eric’s Sourdough in 2021.
