Mindful Breath and Movement

This program is from 10am-10:30am in person.
Linda Strauss from One Body Yoga will guide us through accessible, mindful breath and movement practices. Participants do not need to be experienced, flexible, athletic, or spiritual. Just bring your curiosity and wear comfortable clothes.
Open to all BCCLS cardholders.
