Lisa Russell is a dedicated Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor as well as a New Jersey Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. In these sessions, Lisa will integrate her extensive knowledge and experience to help participants achieve balance, enhance their health, and cultivate inner peace.
Registration opens October 1st. Limited to 25 participants. Priority given to USR cardholders.

Lisa Russell holds a 3rd degree black belt in Shaolin Kung Fu and was inducted into the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2013. Recently, she was honored with the title of “Best Tai Chi Classes” in the Best of Hudson Valley. Lisa has nearly 30 years of experience in Chinese Martial Arts, including Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her classes emphasize the practice of these healing arts to promote both physical and mental well-being.
