Summer Reading 2026: Unearth A Story

Join our annual Summer Reading program!
The program is open to Upper Saddle River Library card-holders and there’s something for everyone. All reading counts, so read what you love and reap the rewards!
Children entering pre-K–grade 5 in the fall can earn awesome weekly prizes, a lawn sign, and a chance in the grand prize raffles. Teens entering grades 6–12 in the fall can win gift cards. Adults ages 18+ can win gift cards and themed gift baskets.
The program runs from June 15th–August 30th! All logging is online, so no matter where you go this summer, you can participate! Sign up using code ABD8E on the Reader Zone website or app (iOS & Android).

Kickoff Party
Kick off Summer Reading 2026 with a party for all residents at the library on Saturday, June 13th from 12–2 PM! Enjoy fun-filled music and dancing with DJ Anthony, balloon art, a craft, games, snacks, ice cold treats, and more! Plus, swing by the Summer Reading station to get started with our reading programs!
